27 May. We've finally done it. The Mess does Chess — and we're doing it properly.
We're taking over a venue in Angel for a night of boards, drinks, and genuinely good company. No rating required. No chess clock anxiety. Just people who want to play, learn, and meet someone new over a game.
Whether you're moving pieces for the first time or you've been obsessing for years there's a board with your name on it. We'll have speed chess, fun formats, and everything in between - so whether you want a laugh or a proper game, you'll find it.
